About Me

The Inner Sanctuary began as my own quiet return to myself — and over time, it grew into a space where I now support other women to do the same.

​

Self-love found me during a season of deep personal pain, when I felt disconnected from who I was and unsure how to move forward. Through that experience, I learned something important: healing doesn’t have to be hard or forceful to be meaningful. Sometimes, the most powerful transformation happens when we slow down, soften, and learn how to meet ourselves with compassion.

​

Rather than pushing through or trying to fix myself, I began to listen. I learned how to nourish not just my thoughts, but my nervous system, my emotions, and my inner world. Self-love became less about doing more, and more about creating safety within myself.

​

Along the way, I was gently drawn back to practices that supported this way of healing — mindfulness, ritual, sound, and energetic tools — not as something to master, but as ways to feel grounded, calm, and connected. These practices helped me remember who I was beneath the noise, the expectations, and the pressure to be anything other than myself.

​

That personal journey eventually led me to train as an ICF-certified self-love coach, alongside qualifications in sound healing and crystal healing. But more than any certification, it’s lived experience that guides my work — the knowing that rebuilding yourself is possible, and that you don’t have to rush or do it alone.

​

The Inner Sanctuary Guide was created as a gentle companion for women navigating change, loss, or disconnection — a calm, supportive space to rest, reflect, and come home to yourself at your own pace.
