About Me

The Inner Sanctuary began as my own quiet return to myself — and over time, it grew into a space where I now support other women to do the same.

Self-love found me during a season of deep personal pain, when I felt disconnected from who I was and unsure how to move forward. Through that experience, I learned something important: healing doesn’t have to be hard or forceful to be meaningful. Sometimes, the most powerful transformation happens when we slow down, soften, and learn how to meet ourselves with compassion.

Rather than pushing through or trying to fix myself, I began to listen. I learned how to nourish not just my thoughts, but my nervous system, my emotions, and my inner world. Self-love became less about doing more, and more about creating safety within myself.

Along the way, I was gently drawn back to practices that supported this way of healing — mindfulness, ritual, sound, and energetic tools — not as something to master, but as ways to feel grounded, calm, and connected. These practices helped me remember who I was beneath the noise, the expectations, and the pressure to be anything other than myself.

That personal journey eventually led me to train as an ICF-certified self-love coach, alongside qualifications in sound healing and crystal healing. But more than any certification, it’s lived experience that guides my work — the knowing that rebuilding yourself is possible, and that you don’t have to rush or do it alone.

The Inner Sanctuary Guide was created as a gentle companion for women navigating change, loss, or disconnection — a calm, supportive space to rest, reflect, and come home to yourself at your own pace.

No matter what brought you here, you are welcome.

It’s time to come home to yourself — softly, gently, and fully.
